Here at Woof Pet Resort our goal is to be a safe, comfortable home away from home for your pups. We designed each accommodation and package to meet the unique needs of each individual pup, and our staff will expertly care for your pet while you are away. Whether you choose the den, suite or luxury suite you can rest assured that we will take care of your furry family member while you are away. We offer a wide range of accommodations and packages to meet your pup’s needs. Our Doggy Den is a cozy place for your pup to rest soundly at night after playing all day! Our suites and luxury suites give your pup a bit more room to stretch out at the end of the day and you can even upgrade with a raised bed! The standard suites measure 4’ x 6’ and our luxury suites measure 5’ x 5’. Standard comfy bedding is provided for each pup and relaxing music plays in the lodging areas each night.
All lodging guests must be up to date on rabies, distemper/parvovirus, bivalent canine influenza, and bordetella (administered every six months) vaccinations and pass our Meet and Greet prior to booking. Please note that we require one week between your pup's meet and greet and their drop off date for lodging. This helps ensure that your pup has their best stay while they are with us. You are responsible for providing current records via the owner portal or email. You can also have your veterinarian send your pup’s records to us.
All dogs over the age of one must be spayed/neutered for group play. Your dog must be free of all parasites, including fleas and ticks.
To avoid an upset stomach, we recommend packing your dog’s usual food to eat during their stay. All food must be bagged in individual portions per meal. An additional charge applies if food is not pre-bagged in meal-sized portions.
Reservations are required for all lodging guests. For peak periods, we suggest booking well in advance to ensure availability. We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations during non-peak times. During peak times, we require two weeks' notice. Cancellation fees apply for cancellations not made prior to the deadline.

No check-in on Sundays.
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The late pick up is offered from 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM.
Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The late pick up is offered from 12:00PM-3:00PM.
On Sundays, we offer two check-out times for your convenience. The first is between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM, and the second is between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM. All lodging stays with Sunday check-out must be paid in full at the time of check-in.
Note: Early Check-in or Late Check-out incurs an additional fee of either $30 or $38. Please contact the resort for details.
